CHERY IS NOT A BRAND IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE

such a dissappointment especially Chery Westrand, I have been calling for 2.5 weeks with no assistance, leaving messages for the service department and the dealership manager, emailed service department and no response, left messages to be called back, no one is coming forth. What then am I supposed to do with this car, I need to service it but clearly Chery is not interested. CHERY SA what do I need to do?
