Chery Disappoints

I bought my Tiggo 4 Pro last year in Pretoria, the salesperson advised me about a lot of unlimited benefits like a warranty, maintenance and service plan. He advised that Chery covers up to 1M KMs and to my surprise none of these were true.

The vehicle notified me for my first service at 5000km of which I have just realized that this was taken to the 3 services or 45 000km that supposed came standard. This service was just unnecessary and its now costing me money as I have reached 30 000km and already ran out of service plan.

You should have provided the useless 5000km service plan for free so that I can still have my service plan up 45 000km. Your benefits are just a lie and I am so disappointed with the Chery service as I was excited about buying this vehicle but seeing that I will have to extend this service plan at my cost is just unfair.
