Chery cares is a joke!!!

Junen2023 I bought a Tiggo 7 pro. My first brand new car and was so exited. I was forwarded an app to do all my stuff like booking my service and access to many other value added services. Months later the app stopped working. I queried this with salesman and he found out Chery was having an issue with app and would be launching a new one in a couple months. That never materialized as I still cannot get into the app . Chery offers a thing called Chery cares whereby you can book your car for minor scratch and dent repairs and other value added services for period of 2 years. I have been trying over a year to access this service to no avail . As a matter of fact if you go on the net to chery cares you get a 404 error. I have twice emailed chery regarding their app on the customers service platform but no response. Not to mention their petrol consumption which is a joke because claimed figure is 6.8 but actual.is closer to 11. I do so regret going for a Chinese vehicle because their aftercare sucks.
