Pathetic service from Dealership Suzuki and chery Salt Rock. The service manager had seized our vehicles engine and tried to get away and the dealer principle tried to cover that up but their attempts had failed. The service manager is aggressive, he is non friendly and has very little mechanical knowledge as he was confused and didn't know as to what he was saying. It was another individual that had addressed us. This individual was not a technical person.

The dealer principle is illiterate. Her communication skills are poor and she has a barberic attitude. This was shocking. Both the manager and the dealer principle lack experience and qualifications. They seem to be chancers.

It is frustrating that the motor industry is still employing individuals in the motor trade, into dealerships, where these individuals actually belong to backyard workshops. Suzuki and chery Salt Rock is a backyard dealer. Something needs to be done.
