Cherry tiggo rusteburger
Good day I have recently purchased a new cherry tiggo 4 pro in Pretoria. I found out after two weeks of purchasing the car I noticed some suspension and traction issues. I reside in rusteburger so I took in the car at a cherry tiggo dealership in rusteburger they gave me excuses to take the car in at tiger wheel and tire for alignment, I then took it in,,, I gave them the report from tiger wheel and tire,, but still they didn't assist me as they told me they will assist me after I get the report... So I don't know should I have to drive 150km away just to get my car checked and serviced. If there's someone that can help me find a way to deal with this issue

13 Mar 2025, 18:17Good day my name is kabelo Godfrey am from rusteburger, I just recently bought a cherry tiggo 4 pro, at a cherry tiggo dealership in Pretoria,,, found some issues in it I contacted people I bought the car from he told me that I must take it to the nearest cherry tiggo dealership in rusteburger I took it there, I talked with them they told me I should take the car to tiger wheel tire, they told me once I got the report rom tiger wheel and tire they will assist me of the traction of the car not moving straight, it also makes a clunky noise over speed humps.. I got the report from tiger wheel and tire still the dealership in rusteburger couldn't assist me,,, I just wanna know what should I do, if I wanna take my car to a dealership when it's due for service or if it needs repairing,,, should I know drive out of my province just to service and repair the car .. please contact me on *** or on this email thanks
