Cherry Service

In this morning today 10th of February 2025,i brought my car to service which was suppose to be on the 2nd of February 2025, no reminder prior like other dealers are doing , but when i was there (Port Elizabeth Cherry) in this morning on the que, a certain old man came to me from behind my vehicle and he was driving a cherry Tiggo 4 parked behind mine, he asked me if i had a similar problem with his, he said he has a problem of a headlamp fusing, i said i never had such problem in my Cherry Tiggo 4, and really i never had such a problem, but at 11:30 same day of a service got a call from a service attendant who asked if im interested to fix my head lamp bulb, i asked why because i never had a problem with the light of the car, he said only one is working according to the technician who was doing a service, im still wondering why i drove a car to Cherry Port Elizabeth today without a problem for head lamp and i was told to pay 350.00 for that lamp because it is not covered, is there any common problem for these cars that we never been told about?
