Charged for Carpets when buying Tiggo 7

I recently bought a Chery Tiggo7, such a lovely car. I purchased it from Chery Silver Lakes, Part of the Hatfield Motor Group. As usual , I was offered amongts others rubber carpets as an extra which I refused. It was not included in the invoice. I signed the contract and took the car home.

When I get home I studied my contract i found that rubber carpets were included. I contacted the dealership the following day, thinking it was a mistake beacuse i dont have a the rubber carpets. however, they informed me that the carpets that came with the car are not for free, hence included in the contract.

I find it very strange that a basic thing like carpets must be charged and be paid for. I bought 2 cars from cars from Ford both of them came with carpets, only the rubber carpets were offered as extras.

I am so disappointed i feel cheated.
