Brand new car with missing parts.

I bought a new 2025 Tiggo 8 pro+ in January 2025. When I came to collect the car, I found the cargo/parcel cover missing in the boot. When I enquired, the manager said they had a shortage but expect to get shipping by February. It is April (month 4) and I still have not received it. I transport expensive equipment with my car, the privacy glass helps but its not a parcel cover. I have never experienced anything like this from other brands and its a huge red flag for future problems.
