Beaware when purchasing a vehicle from the company

Purchased brand new Cheery Tiggo in October 2014 , only to recently find out the hard way that the battery had been swoped and we had in fact been issued with a second had battery hence we had experienced problems with starting etc. The company sorted it and put in a new battery, but I think that it is really such bad service. No one even apologized for the matter and they took basically a whole day to get this sorted . Will definitely never purchase or refer any one to them as this is not the 1st experience that I encounted with this company. Staff are very quick to do the sale but the after sale and service is totally totally disgusting
