Battery warranty ****

I took my Chery Tiggo 7 pro for the 30 000 km at Chery Kuilsriver and my current kilometres right now are 26 241 KMs, when I left my car I advised the receptionist that when they service my car that they should check my battery because twice the car did not want to start and the other time the car just stopped driving...Receptionist calls and advises that my battery indeed failed the battery test and asks the above mentioned scenarios, was advised that my battery will not be replaced as the car is a year old, asked what about the under 30 000 KMs, was dismissed regarding that and receptionist was very RUDE towards me about this issue...Now CHERY SA I am holding you accountable on the battery warranty that you boldly advertise, is this a crayfishing **** to lure clients or are you going to be true to your word.
