baddest service

So.. I booked in my car for Thursday morning, the car was fine I was just taking it for the km. During the day I call in to check in the car, no success no 1 is picking up so I stop calling with the hope they'll call back. Later in the day I call again finally a consultant picks up transfers me to the department but then No1 knows anything about my car this one calls this one and that 1. Finally one guy tells me the were complications in fixing the car so it's not fixed they'll keep it over night. I agree. The next day no one's answering throughout the day so now I start packing and I send my dad to go check on it. To my surprise the car isn't at the dealer it's been moved and where it is it had been dismantled. This wasn't the agreement and this is done without my consent. Today is wendsday still I haven't gotten my car back no one is calling me no 1 is informing me of anything the dealer isnt taking my calls. What do I do ? Tomorrow is the 7th day since they took my car.
