Bad service at Umhlanga Chery

I purchased my van in January 2023 and has numerous issues with the Chery Umhlanga Branch with regards to getting stuff done for the van. The manager doesnt seem to sort out any issues and there is no communication with his team because the entire team is ***********, they do not communicate well with us being the Client and they give us the run around for weeks. I have laid a formal compliant with Chery SA but still no feedback!!!!
