Bad business ethics and worse customer service

They do not deserve even a single star. They have very bad business ethics very useless and very good in frustrating the customer. Last year i had to order a brake booster which i claimed from the extended warranty. Warranty paid only R3000 and I had to pay the difference of R7078 since the part was more than what warranty was paying. I waited since last year for the part. Only this year 31 March 2022 was informed that they are no longer getting parts from Chery China. I asked them to refund me my R7078 not the money from warranty but up to today no one is giving me straight answer. I have been sent from pillar to post, sending emails with no response from all the parties involve. All i want is my money back i want nothing to do with them.
