Appalling service and Tiggo not safe!

On Saturday night 10pm I was turning a corner and I lost both steering and brakes, most frightening experience of my life. Got car towed in to be delivered to Chery dealer in EL on the Monday, to my shock, no Chery dealer any longer in EL. Got hold of HO told car will be towed to PE, didn't happen without a fuss. Told by HO no chance of loan car as they don't have, no matter my predicament! Wed night get call from PE, defective brake switch which caused fuse to blow and they are repairing but part will only arrive from JHB on Monday, can't tell me when my car will be returned. Still no call from HO until I called them, still NO LOAN CAR and no information. Their stock reply is \I will let you know when I receive information"which could take a week"
