Appalling service and defective Tiggo 4

Absolutely appalling customer service. My new Tiggo 4 I bought has a bad wind noise since I took delivery and Chery have been unable to fix it and refuse to acknowledge the product has a manufacturing or design fault. I mailed their customer service to inform them that their latest 'fix' hasn't worked and after more than 24 hours I haven't even gotten a response.
