Appalling customer service from Amanzimtoti Chery

I have had terrible experiences at the Chery Amanzimtoti branch twice. The service manager Cindy, is absolutely rude. She speaks to clients very arrogantly. She has absolutely no customer service skills and should not be placed in a field that requires customer interaction. Both my experiences I was made to feel completely uncomfortable. I requested shuttle service for 4pm, then was called at 12 on both occasions being advised that the driver can pick me up by 2pm or I must find some other way to get to my vehicle. No indication was given at the time of booking or even at the time I left my vehicle that pick up after 2pm will be an issue. Apart from the shuttle service issue, the customer service overall from the Amanzimtoti branch has been appalling. I would not advise anyone to book their vehicle in there.
