Amanzimtoti Technician very rude

Yesterday my car was due for the first service at Chery Amanzimtoti 9h00 and my car the third in the queue mind you this was the minor service, around 10h30 still the technician was not yet arrived, I was called to pick up my car around 17h30 and the car was dirty and I requested that my wheels be rotated but it was not done when I confronted the technician about he gave me the attitude funny part he was so angry whereas I was the one who was delayed, my child and my wife was not picked up on time, I had to take other alternatives which costed me.
