After Sale Service
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a brand new vehicle from Chery (Imperial Select) Boksburg Branch. When I bought this vehicle I told the Sales person (Adrian Van Zyl) I am relocating to Kimberley , so should I buy this vehicle I can service my car in Kimberley. Chery assured me that this is not a problem . I had a technical problem with my car in Kimberley and it was towed in to the service station in Kimberley.</p> <p>Now that I want to book my first service Kimberley service station is refusing to assist me as they now claimed they don't service these cars any more and I should travel to Bloemfontein.</p> <p>I feel this is misinterpretation and misleading to make a quick sale.
