AC Gas Empty

On the 28 October rook my car to the Roodepoort branch, with the heat and dust i started using my AC and my car is 2 months now. Only to find that for over a week the AC does not release cold air, so i took in. They told me that the there's no gas to release cold air? For a brand new car with 2k+km. At that branch they said they cant assist and i need to return the car back to Alberton where i boughy it. Called Albeton and spoke Derrick and he said incan bring in the car however they only have 3 courtesy cars which customers are using and has no ETA when the cars will return. Now how is it that you sell more that 3 cars and only have e courtesy cars knowing very well there is 60% chance that those cars will have issues. Now after the back and forth he advised me that Queen will be in contact with form their head office till today no contact. I then again took it upon myself to call the headphones office this morning and i was told Queen is nit available.Chery tell me what am i supposed to do in tho heat and dust with a car that has no AC and no is willing to assist me. Upon that i sent an email to their customer service yesterday and guess what no reponse
