2025 Chery Tiggo Cross HEV disappointment

⭐️ Extremely disappointed with Chery

I bought a 2025 Tiggo Cross Comfort HEV and after only around 800 km, it broke down. I had to fight with the dealership to take the vehicle back and refund me, which they initially refused to do. Eventually, I traded it in for a 2025 Tiggo Cross Elite HEV because I was simply exhausted from fighting.

I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to repair the Elite’s faults, but every time one issue was fixed, another fault seemed to appear. With my car being in and out of Chery for the past two months, I finally asked for a replacement vehicle or a fair resolution. That was declined.

You buy a new car expecting reliability — not to spend months dealing with faults, repairs and fighting for a solution.

At this point, my experience has left me wondering why I paid for a new car when I could have bought a second-hand vehicle and expected it to last about two weeks anyway.

Two HEVs. Two major disappointments. I gave Chery a second chance. Never again.
