Anyway, the ladies at reception ask me if I need help, and I responded to the affirmative, they called a gentleman by the name of Thulane. He took me around around and during our discussions, he immediately understood or made me understand my own needs, the rest as they say, is history…beautiful service and support throughout the process until we collected our baby…amazing team and a special shout to Thulane, excellent excellent chap.
