I was assisted by AK. The entire experience was really pleasant. I had a whole lot of hiccups with my finance application. AK made sure to support me and try and find solutions to the challenges I was experiencing. One of the challenges I experienced was obtaining the release note from my bank. AK notified the finance department, which resulted in me being able to fetch my new car earlier than anticipated. The overall experience was excellent.
