Battery replacement issue

My car needed a battery replacement. I have a 2023 Chery tiggos 4 urban. The car was sold to me with a standard *** enertec battery. When I contacted chery they was quoting me for a battery with wasn't in the car and was so much more expensive then the battery which was in the car. They refused to sell me the battery which was in the car and insisted that I needed to put an AGM battery however the car didn't have an AGM battery. I contacted more then 1 brach and got no help in terms of someone understanding that chery was trying to sell me something which wasn't in the car and all I wanted was for Chery to replace the battery with the same make and model of the one which was in the car.
