Worst after sales service
The worst after sales service. Vehicle booked in last year and still waiting for Chery SA to respond as per Chery Cape Gate.

09 Feb 2026, 11:22Contacted Gerhardt du Toit from Chery Cape Gate twice last week (Wednesday and Friday) with a response of "Still waiting for Chery SA will follow up and will let you know latter today" then "Still waiting for Chery SA will contact my superiors today and will give you feedback later today". But as per the norm he does not contact me.

11 Feb 2026, 22:37Was asked to meet with Gerhardt at Chery Cape Gate yesterday and was told that Chery SA will not authorize any work on the missed aligned back door as it is within the specs for the vehicle. Miss
