Worry Free Car Purchase

The service I received from Franco at Chery Cape Gate was absolutely outstanding, to say the least. I was waiting delivery for my new vehicle & got called in by Franco to collect a loan car, that I was to use for free until my new car arrived. The following week, my mom was due to fly to Durban on Thursday morning; and by Wednesday morning the car had still not arrived. Franco took it upon himself to collect the car, arrange everything so that she could see the car before leaving. He even stayed until late so that we could take pictures and ensure that everything was in order before we drove off. Truly an incredible experience, personalised service & he now feels like family. I highly recommend Franco, as well as the entire staff compliment of Chery Cape Gate.
