Cherrywood estates

Cherrywood estate and their admistrator have been treating us very unfairly, their treatment screams ************** and ****** without them saying it. We rented a flat from July 2024 till 02/28/2025. The lease agreement was supposed to expire June 2025 but unfortunately we had to do early termination because an opportunity for us to purchase our own place came. We gave them 2 months notice that we will be leaving and after their administrator threatened us, we agreed to stay till registration but they had 2 moths to advertise and get a new tenant they did not do that now they want to take our deposit and press charges to pay 23200 of which we find to be very unfair considering the time we gave in our notice. According to their contract should they have found a tenant within 20 day we were only going to pay for advertising and commission.

They have been treating us very inhuman. The owner is using her power of being a lawyer, we don't even have anyone one who can represent us we are disadvantaged.

When their agent came to check the property he said you gyz just moved next door I thought you purchased a house and he laughed at us.
