Disgusting Level of service provided.

We recently engaged with Cherrywood Estates regarding a rental application and were thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided. The experience was unprofessional from the start. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. Our attempts to follow up on our application were met with significant delays. The entire process lacked transparency, leaving us in the dark about the status of our application, until we made telephonic communication with them. Furthermore, we found the line of questioning during the application process to be intrusive and irrelevant to our suitability as tenants. The nature of these inquiries made us feel uncomfortable and violated our privacy. To date, we have a pending issue regarding a refund of money paid for a credit check that was meant to be done and was not done until we requested the refund and that has yet to be refunded. Our attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. And the Agency has sent very rude emails with regards to this. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor communication made for a very negative experience. We would caution others who are considering using their services.
