I was sold a vehicle by Autocity Heidelburg and it was not up to standards and the dealership refuses to fix or exchange the vehicle for the same value. Nor can i cancel this deal. i was also told that the first installment will go of at the end of feb and its not the case as they saying now that it will go of 25 Jan and i never budgeted for it as they stated end of feb.

i feel as if i was ****med into buying this vehicle as it was before the holidays and they said that it will be sorted out in the new year and now they dont want to assist me.
