Dissatisfied customer - checkers rylands village

Checkers rylands is the worse retail store i have ever been to. The staff , together with the back admin manager as well as the branch manager has absolutely no human relations skill at all and do not know how to treat customers. They also have no idea as to how their own policies and systems work.. They are very unfriendly and cannot resolve issues. They never liaise with the customer while trying to resolve the issue, rather walking up and down asking others to assist, you as customer stand for a very long time while they supposedly are trying to solve youe issue, of course it goes without saying u leave the store without the issue resolved, fuming , angry and very very dissatisfied. A store that i will never go back irrespective how urgent my need is.
