Bad Service
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. Every visit seems to be another frustrating experience. I asked for a box of matches at the cigarette counter and was told I had to buy an entire pack instead. When I asked a staff member for assistance in finding an item, I was simply told to go and look for it myself. When I wanted to raise a complaint, I was told to go and find the manager instead of having my concerns handled professionally. Unfortunately, I live in the area and don't have many alternatives, so I am forced to shop here despite the consistently poor service. The food quality is also unacceptable. The omelette is always oily, and the chicken is dry and unappetizing. The front-line staff are rude, unhelpful, and behave in a very unprofessional manner. Customer service should be a priority, but it is clearly lacking at this store. Unless there are significant improvements in both the service and the quality of the food, I will continue to leave honest reviews each month reflecting my experience. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes the necessary changes.

CHECKERS RYLANDS VILLAGE IS ***
I ordered from 60\60 which i normally do. Receive my order and only get to notice 4 rolls of 24 that was placed. I log a request to have the balance of my items delivered i get told the store will contact me. After waiting for 20min. I contact the store and i get told i was charged for 4 separate rolls and not 4 x 6 pack rolls. With my invoice in front of me i explain to NADINE and she insists its only 4 rolls since when is 4 rolls charged at R87.96 like honestly now. I'm so disappointed because no apology for the incorrect / shortage of items. No empathy towards the client. Yet this is not the first time i receive short items then 60/60 has a nerve to block my account from requesting a credit. HOW THE FOCK IS THE CLIENT WRONG DEALING WITH INCOMPETENET STAFF.

Pathetic customer service at Clicks
Absolutely terrible service from the female cashiers at Clicks Rylands Village. They have a dismissive attitude and are very rude. So sad that they have a customer facing role and have pathetic social skills and go as far as rolling their eyes at customers. There's many unemployed people who would better fit that post. These women really need to go on a customer service course and work on their communication skills.
