CHECKERS RYLANDS VILLAGE IS ***

I ordered from 60\60 which i normally do. Receive my order and only get to notice 4 rolls of 24 that was placed. I log a request to have the balance of my items delivered i get told the store will contact me. After waiting for 20min. I contact the store and i get told i was charged for 4 separate rolls and not 4 x 6 pack rolls. With my invoice in front of me i explain to NADINE and she insists its only 4 rolls since when is 4 rolls charged at R87.96 like honestly now. I'm so disappointed because no apology for the incorrect / shortage of items. No empathy towards the client. Yet this is not the first time i receive short items then 60/60 has a nerve to block my account from requesting a credit. HOW THE FOCK IS THE CLIENT WRONG DEALING WITH INCOMPETENET STAFF.
