would like to take a moment to commend Ayanda, a cashier at Checkers Hyper, Mall of Africa, for the exceptional service she gave me on 5 October 2025.

Even though she was simply doing her job, the way she carried it out stood out to me. Her warm attitude, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. It has been a long time since I received such excellent service from a cashier, and Ayanda truly made my shopping experience memorable.
