Checkers Loftus Park

I went to Checkers Loftus Park in Pretoria on the 17th of Aug. I went to the bakery side to get a full cake, there were 6 people in there. I greet and no response so i wait 3 more minutes and no acknowledgement. I greet again and still nothing, they just look at me and continue talking. There was one lady who was helping and she saw me but chose to ignore me and help others. I walk around trying to get help but no help. I go back again and still im being ignored. 10 minutes later the one helping comes and ask "DO YOU NEED HELP" .

I have never felt so little, when you go there i think you need to look a certain way for them to help you.
