Checkers Tzaneen cashiers can't help with redeeming coupons

Went to checkers to redeem my Sankam Reality coupons and the cashiers did not have a clue how to help me, first they said I must go to the front to load the coupons onto a gift card, that didn't work, then I was sent back to the till to try another method, it took about 15 minutes until I was told the system is off. Really wasted my time. It was clear that they don't have training on coupons and I was left really frustrated and disappointed. Was supposed to save money but didn't.
