Missing product
Ordered products for my son, while in hospital at the time. I only saw that the product was not delivered, but paid I for it. Very poor customer service. This is not the first time.

Checkers Tzaneen cashiers can't help with redeeming coupons
Went to checkers to redeem my Sankam Reality coupons and the cashiers did not have a clue how to help me, first they said I must go to the front to load the coupons onto a gift card, that didn't work, then I was sent back to the till to try another method, it took about 15 minutes until I was told the system is off. Really wasted my time. It was clear that they don't have training on coupons and I was left really frustrated and disappointed. Was supposed to save money but didn't.
