Our family went to Cheasas peak in April 2025 We were welcomed by an "over friendly" Delan. He painted a picture of a hunter's paradise but there were very limited game. Lodge needs a deep clean. Open wires in garden. If you walk barefoot you get shocked. Basin and shower water shocks you, hottray in dining area shocks you. Staff are very negative as Delan exploits them and abuse them verbally in front of guests. They work 18-hour days. The kitchen is an atrocity in itself. Rough dirty walls and floors. No hot water, cutting board gets stored on the floor next to the broom behind the kitchen door. Please do proper research before you arrange a hunt there. We were promised warthogs, there is none. We were promised oryx, also none, Elands were delivered the friday evening. The truck driver got stuck and he had to sleep over. The next morning Delan yelled at him. What a monster!
