Refund my money

<p>It was 03 November when I book a hotel on line to the cheapOair web side. I book 1 night for 18 November which I will check out on the 19 November at ft laudedale Florida US. They book me on wrong country which is brazil. When I reach america on the 18 I can't found hotel. I Google it I found it Brazil.and I contact cheapOair. let them know I'm stranded .they need to get me another accomodation because is they felt to book me wrong place.I stay to the street until it becomes dark.I have to found another place to sleep. So many times I been try to contact them to bring my money back. They keep saying we will contact you shortly. Even today. How may people did they do them like this? May be I'm not the first person who been groocked.this company is not a company to be trust. I will make sure I exposed all over the social media. Then people have to be aware about it. Fly by night. I want my money back.</p>
