Pathetic Experience, Waiting refund
I used CheapOair to book flights to Tanzania and back, due to travel changes, I had to rebook flights but I have outstanding refund that has been paid since 14 Jul 2026..... We're still working with airline to provide you with an update as soon as we can for Booking # ***9). Please be aware that sometimes this process can take a few days, however, we'll update you as soon as we hear anything from the Airlines. Sometimes the Airlines can take longer than usual to process a request due to high volumes. Rest assured our customer service representatives will continue to work with our Airlines partner and we will update as soon as we hear from them.
