REFUND ME NOW!!!!!!!!

I booked a flight with this company and my visa was in the process. I spoke to immigration and they said I would receive it. I was on the airport and Emirates would NOT let me go through. I then asked them if I can rebook my flight and they said NO. I want my flight rebooked as I PAID my ticket and DUE to EMIRATES could NOT board!! Phone me URGENTLY!!!!! I was marked as an NO SHOW. I WAS THERE SO THAT IS FALSE AND *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
