Pathetic followup service from cheaOair Travelagency

I paid cancellation fees when booked and paid for flights London to Iceland on 3/1/ 2020.Due to corona and no flights from R.S.A. to London l cancelled the bookings with cheaOair who promised to repay within tho billing cycles! Now many months later and many more promises NOTHING! I wrote to them saying that their replies are becoming PATHETIC and although I recommended their good service in the past when booking flights (they receiving your money!) when the shoe is on the other foot they are DiSGUSTING!
