Don't use them unless you're willing to pay for their mistakes

Booked an international flight with them for 4 people. I got a confirmation email and all the names were correct. Long story short they made an error with one of the names with the airlines. I just happen to discover it when I wanted to book seats with the airline directly. I spent 10 days calling them daily, on average 1- 2 hours at a time. Every time I was told I have to be patient, submit passport copies, they'll escalate the file. Finally I got to a supervisor who told me that they cannot correct the name, neither can they re issue the tickets, or get seats on similar flights for me. I ended up cancelling and the tickets( because they are worth nothing to us due to the incorrect name) and rebooked directly with the airline myself. To this day I am out thousands of dollars for their mistake.
