Bad service and ********* dealing

Bought a flight ticket through CheapOair, the ticket was for Cathay pacific airways after recommendation for the airways by a friend. The services of the airline are up to standard I don't know why they deal with agencies such as CheapOair. I feel the agencies are ******, they charge service charges that one don't even understand. Please avoid these agencies by all cost because even if you buy flexible tickets that allows you to make flight ticket changes when you have an emergency. They will not help you, their aim is to make sure you lose all the money you spend on the flight ticket.
