Very positive all round purchasing experience

The CEO happened to answer! Overall, my experience has been a very positive one. Customer support seems solid as they were responsive in providing the information I was looking for. The web site and payment process are user friendly and the items were shipped quickly. When they arrived had been packaged very well. As I've said, they are highly competitive when it comes to pricing and carry an excellent range of quality tools. I won't hesitate to start with them next time.
