Unprecedented service levels!

I don't normally write reviews but then service levels aren't normally this good! I placed an order on a Friday afternoon for a very difficult to find Bosch product. Mr Chavda himself called me the Saturday morning to apologise profusely that they did not have stock in their warehouse, but since they were trying to source it and the OEM appeared to be out of stock too, delivery may be delayed a day or two. Most other company's would have sent a simple "Out of stock" email or message and that would have been the end of their efforts. Imagine my surprise when the product was duly delivered on Tuesday lunch time. Needless to say, Chavda will be my go to store for all future products within their very comprehensive stock range.
