Their staff don't sleep..

Beyond impressed with their level of communication after making an online purchase. I placed my order late at night and received a personal confirmation email at 5:06am the next morning.. Don't these guys even sleep? I then subsequently received an additional 2 emails within a few hours up to the point of my parcel being shipped.
