Excellent customer service

0n 22 September a brushless impact drill I ordered from Chavda International was delivered to my home in Kimberley. On Sunday 25 September it malfunctioned and I sent an email including a short video clip to Chavda International. On Monday 26th they sent me an email confirming that Courier Guy would collect it that morning for returning to the importer. About an hour later I received an email from mr. Chavda that my replacement machine is on its way an wll be delivered on Tuesday 27th. No cost, no questions and no hassle and no waiting for any inspection as to the reason for malfunctioning and having it repaired under guarantee. Brand new machine the next day and that's it!
