From all the online orders I have conducted over many years, with large organisations both Interantional & local (Amazon / Takealot / Loot etc) or small:- I have never experienced such service. Both in terms of feedback and interaction (like phoning me to make sure that I have ordered a correct item), and updating via mail. Delivery in every instance was faster than the expected date. One can sense the care for their customers and their business that is a first priority. Undoubtedly the most efficient, pleasant and personal online shopping experience I ever had. I will buy there even if the price of an item is slightly higher (which is not neccesarily the case!), and can reccommend using them without any doubt.
