Battery missing from order
Bought some equipment from them on 28 August, received it on the 4th of September.
One of the pieces was a "Metabo Charger And Batteries Basic Set 2 X Li-HD 5.5AH ***".
Only one of the batteries was in the box, contacted them on the same day and was told that they received it like that from Metabo and that they need to get Metabo to fix it.
Chavda has since stopped responding to my queries and there is no indication as to what the resolution will be.

13 Sept 2026, 15:46 Hi Matthys,Thank you for bringing this to my attention.You are correct that the Metabo Basic Set you purchased was supposed to contain two LiHD 5.5Ah batteries, and you should not have been left without an update after reporting that one battery was missing.Although the set was received by us from Metabo in this condition, you purchased it from Chavda International and it is therefore our responsibility to follow this through with Metabo and get it resolved for you.I am personally looking into Order 43848 and the communication with Metabo. We will contact you directly with an update and make sure that this matter is brought to a conclusion.My apologies for the lack of communication after you reported the problem.Mahaveer Chavda
