Amazing Pre and Post Sale Service

This is the 4th time i bought products from Chavda Int and Vinesh, Catia, Rosa, Dinah and Mr Chavda never seize to amaze with their passionate and supportive service. I send an email at 06:25 and get a reply at 06:30 during the week and email replies on Saturday’s! All staff very helpful. They do have an extended product rage, thus their website is a bit cumbersome and you need to know what you are looking for with specific wording. They can create customer specific invoices with payment links included. Secure website payments online. Delivery usually within 3-4 days as most products not kept onsite (which is understandable considering the enormous product range). They do have a return / credit policy. Their prices are not always the lowest, but they have a beat any price policy if you advise them. They are very keen on doing business, a no fuss no frills company. I was hesitant placing my first order as i didn’t know the company, but rest assured, they are one of the biggest power tool, hand tool and equipment suppliers in South Africa. They have not failed to impress yet.
