Poor service

It has been 3 days now trying to get a contract and it seems that they do not want to help it is always excuses when i walked in today my banking information and ID is just laying on a table and yet more excuses used that i must came back tomorrow,while sitting here and waiting another customer came in and he was helped directly within 2 hours.
